The RM Calculator app and this website, including their design, text, graphics, icons, logo and software code, are owned by Sigmative LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

2. Name and logo

“RM Calculator”, the “rm” logo mark and “Sigmative” are names and marks of Sigmative LLC. Please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse or are connected with your product or service.

3. What you may do

Use the app for your own work as a Relationship Manager or credit officer.
Share links to this website and to the app's store page.
Share reports and results you create in the app as part of your work.

4. What you may not do

Copy, resell or redistribute the app, or publish modified versions of it.
Reverse-engineer or decompile the app, except where the law allows it.
Reuse our website's text, design or graphics without written permission.

5. Your content

The information you enter — clients, assessments, field-visit notes and reports — remains yours. We only use it to run the app for you, as described in our privacy policy.

6. Third-party material

This website uses the Inter and Hind Siliguri typefaces from Google Fonts, licensed under the SIL Open Font License. Third-party names mentioned on this site belong to their owners.

7. Reporting infringement

If you believe something in the app or on this website infringes your copyright, email hello@sigmative.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:

Your name and contact details.
A description of the work you believe is being infringed.
Where the material appears in the app or on this website.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you own the rights, or are authorised to act for the owner.
