Delete your account

RM Calculator by Sigmative LLC

You can delete your RM Calculator account and its data at any time. Choose whichever option is easier for you.

Option 1 — In the app

Open RM Calculator and sign in.
Tap Menu in the bottom bar.
Under Account, tap Account → Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Ask us

Email hello@sigmative.com from the email address you registered with, with the subject “Delete my RM Calculator account”. We'll confirm by email once it's done, usually within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and profile (name, work email).
Clients, portfolio entries, assessments, field-visit notes and reports you saved.

What we may keep

We may keep limited records for up to 90 days where required for security, fraud prevention or legal reasons. These are then deleted.

Only want to clear your data? In the app, go to Menu → Clear the working file. This removes your current working data without deleting your account.
