This policy explains how Sigmative LLC (“we”) handles information in the RM Calculator app and this website.

What we collect

• Account details — your name and work email, used to sign you in.
• Work data you enter — clients, loan figures, assessments, field-visit notes and reports you create in the app.
• Basic technical data — app version, device type and crash logs, used to keep the app working.

How we use it

• To provide the app's features and keep your work available when you sign in.
• To help you recover your account and to respond when you contact us.
• To fix bugs and improve the app.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your client information

You are responsible for following your bank's policies on what client information you record. We recommend entering only what you need for your calculations.

Keeping it safe

Data is sent over encrypted connections and access to your account requires sign-in.

Your choices

• Clear your working data anytime from Menu → Clear the working file.
• Delete your account and data — see Delete account.
